Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with full-cycle payroll experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, including recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations, as well as hands-on experience with ADP payroll software.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full cycle of payroll processing, including but not limited to, collecting and verifying timekeeping information, calculating wages, and ensuring timely and accurate payroll payments.

  • Administer employee benefits programs and communicate with employees regarding benefits enrollment, changes, and questions.

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.

  • Coordinate employee training programs and develop training materials as needed.

  • Handle employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and resolving conflicts.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with applicable legal requirements.

  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  • Provide support to the HR Manager and other team members as needed.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on payroll administration.

  • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll software.

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
