Robert Half Event Coordinator in Boulder, Colorado

Description

We are on the lookout for an Event Coordinator with a focus on community events within the financial industry. Based in Broomfield, Colorado, this role involves the end-to-end implementation of field marketing initiatives, community development programs, and events. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity, that will require 40hrs/week (with flexible hours for after hours events). Must be able to work ON-SITE in Broomfield at least 3 days/week and have reliable transportation between Fort Collins, Boulder, and Broomfield areas.

Responsibilities:

• Implement field marketing initiatives, community development programs, and events that align with the brand

• Develop and manage projects that support reputation-building and financial wellness

• Coordinate and oversee community events, ensuring a smooth execution

• Apply strong planning, prioritization, and organization skills to manage multiple events concurrently

• Maintain a customer-focused approach throughout all initiatives and interactions

• Utilize strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders, both internal and external

• Offer excellent customer service to all event attendees and stakeholders

• Create engaging content for promotional purposes surrounding the events

• Ensure all corporate events are executed according to plan and meet set objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination

• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and customer service skills

• Proven track record in coordinating community and corporate events

• Experience in content creation for event promotion and reporting

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Proficiency in using event management software and technology tools

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred but not required

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for events

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on feet during events.
