Job Description

One of Insight Global's large healthcare clients in Camden, NJ is looking for a Director of Enrollment and Eligibility to join their team. This individual will report to the AVP of Revenue Cycle Operations and have 21 direct reports, including a manager and supervisor. This role involves converting uninsured and underinsured patients, assessing their eligibility for Charity Care, Medicaid, or Medicare. The position collaborates effectively with County Offices, Social Workers, Doctors, Legal, and Finance teams, attending all relevant meetings. Responsibilities include overseeing Charity Care audits to achieve successful results, ensuring accounts meet agreed-upon KPIs (such as Uninsured, Charity Care, and Medicaid programs), and reporting performance to Senior Leadership quarterly. Additionally, the role establishes strong working relationships with ED Staff and demonstrates goal-setting abilities, problem anticipation, and timely completion of assignments.

Schedule: M-F onsite for first 3-6 months, then hybrid (3 days onsite)

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree preferred; High School Diploma required.

• 6+ years of presumptive eligibility experience

• Managerial experience

• Background working in healthcare/for the state

• NJ Charity Care experience null
