Responsibilities for this job include:

● Collects, monitors, organizes, and distributes information related to quality and process improvement functions including but not limited to compliance and documentation of quality management standards, such as FDA.

● Generate reports using computer skills and distributes those reports to various users in the organization &/or among customers and suppliers.

● Analyze customer feedback, product failures/returns and developing/implementing corrective actions.

● Assure correct product is being produced with correct material

● Analyze statistical data from vendors when necessary to ensure materials meet specifications.

● Complete required quality checks in lab and document in SAP

● Maintain a clean, organized and safe lab/office

● Any other necessary assigned duties

Qualifications:

● Technical proficiency - must be able to use computers & generate reports.

● Ability to create product inspection plans & develop test procedures

● Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the community.

● Background in Manufacturing Quality, Supplier Quality or Customer Quality is a plus.

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
