We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented SAP Coordinator to join our team. As an SAP Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be managing and maintaining accurate documentation within our SAP system. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring compliance, version control, and efficient access to essential documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Intake and Verification: Handle the intake of various documents, ensuring they meet formal requirements. Verify accuracy and completeness.

  • Storage and Retrieval: Organize and store documents systematically. Retrieve files promptly when needed by other employees.

  • Version Tracking: Maintain version control for all documents, ensuring the most up-to-date versions are accessible.

  • Editing and Compliance: Review and edit documents for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established guidelines.

  • Routing and approval: Route documents to the correct approvers and complete post approval processing.

  • Templates and Databases: Design and maintain templates for various document types within SAP.

  • Document Management: Update and manage document databases within the SAP system.

  • Process Documentation: Collaborate with process owners to document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all documentation adheres to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Work closely with different departments to gather and organize relevant documentation.

  • Coordinate with external vendors to obtain necessary documentation.

  • Assist users in accessing and navigating SAP for document related tasks.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline document control processes.

  • Develop training materials related to SAP document management.

  • Prepare for internal and external audits by maintaining accurate records.

Education and Experience

  • Leaving Certificate

  • 3 + years of experience in document control, within an SAP environment

  • Proficiency in SAP is required , with a good understanding of SC/ Manufacturing modules

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Familiarity with document control best practices and regulatory requirements.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
