In this role you will support building, reviewing, and optimizing marketing budgets, tracking and analyzing related financial data, and providing proactive insights into marketing investments. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, financial acumen, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Job Duties Track and analyze marketing program expenses. Manage and monitor marketing budgets, including direct oversight of audits and reconciliation for accrual accounts. Provide regular budget reports, forecast scenarios and variance analysis to stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing teams to assess campaign performance. Create and deliver clear and concise reports and presentations for stakeholders. Communicate complex financial information in an understandable manner. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Proven experience as a Financial or Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on marketing. Strong financial and data analysis skills, including mastery of MS Excel and related software. Familiarity with building SharePoint sites to organize content for stakeholders. Ability to develop and maintain models in Power BI to is a plus. Detail-oriented and able to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Self-motivated with an enthusiastic approach to problem solving and multi-tasking. Willing to follow detailed process guidelines.
