Lamar Community College Part Time Seasonal Custodian in Lamar, Colorado

POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Custodian. The custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting. Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with established procedures. Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces. Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and break rooms. Assist in the setup and cleanup of events and meetings. Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel. Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents and injuries. Other duties as assigned REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must have your reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and bending PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred but not required

Salary Range: $14.42/ hour. 28 hours per week.
