Continental Disc Corporation Sales Operations Business Analyst in Liberty, Missouri

The Sales Operations Business Analyst is part technical project manager, part administrator and part systems analyst. The Sales Operations Business Analyst will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.

Requirements

· Responsible for system data hygiene and upkeep, including cleansing and maintaining data within the CRM system

· CRM and CPQ user support.

· Responsible for lead-to-order and customer service-related system processes and supporting evolution of system utilization for lead-to-order and customer service processes.

· Ad-hoc creation and presentation of sales reports.

· Working alongside and providing support/advice to other company departments.

· Work with and manage external system support partners.

· Provide system expertise for sales systems.

· Coordination of sales-related digital process system revisions.

· Technical analysis of sales network and data.

· Analysis of sales trends, revenues, customer, market and profit data.

· Work alongside business systems development team on digital projects.

· Coordinate and communicate sales system updates.

· Development of sales system training curriculum and coordination of training initiatives for internal/external users.

· Develop methods and strategies for collecting sales-related data.

· Travel, as needed, to support users and maintain systems – up to 25% of the time.

· Perform other duties as assigned, based on workload and business need.

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Minimum 2 years’ work experience in technical sales support or sales systems administration.

· Previous experience working with representative or distributor sales networks is a plus.

Technical / Function Specific:

· Ability to develop, document and implement business systems policies and procedures.

· Extensive knowledge of CRM system.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office, including Microsoft Access.

· Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to think creatively.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.

· Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently, as needed.

· Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment when in the manufacturing area, including, but not limited to, safety glasses and safety shoes.
