We are seeking an innovative and analytical Vendor Ops Manager to support the Prime Video Trust & Safety team and lead our global vendor strategy. Prime Video Trust & Safety programs aim to enable a globally trusted customer experience by ensuring that Prime Video (PV) provides content customers love and trust and accurate, meaningful and complete information to empowering customers to make informed viewing choices for themselves and their children.

We are seeking an experienced outsourcing vendor manager to join our operations team to build the outsourcing function in a start-up. This leader will manage external vendor relationships, drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational excellence, participate in procurement activities, and collaborate with other Amazon teams to positively impact the PV experience. This leader will be required to build a three-year vision for outsourcing from an end-to-end experience, which includes technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will draw from their previous work experience in vendor or account management, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), contact center management, and corporate leadership roles, demonstrating their ability to manage relationships, think strategically, drive process improvements, and make data-backed decisions in a high-stakes, high-speed environment.

Key job responsibilities

  • Service Delivery: Provide leadership for international vendor based teams. Effectively lead operations to the highest Advertising standards, drive project and change management, including new upskills and implementations.

  • Procurement & Contract Management: Participate in vendor and site strategy definition, business requirement scoping, location assessments, and contract administration.

  • Risk and Control: Manage to the existing Amazon Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Amazon Supplier Code of Conduct while ensuring compliance with all standards related to Security and Infrastructure, Legal, Tax, Financial Invoicing, and Business Continuity Plans.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build and manage strong, trusted vendor and stakeholder relationships across different levels of the organization. Drive Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly business reviews with vendor and Amazon leadership, and participate in semiannual vendor relationship rating.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience in vendor, program or project management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building vendor roadmaps including technology solutions

  • Experience in working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

  • Experience delivering cross functional projects experience

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

  • Experience driving process improvements experience

  • Experience in trust & safety or compliance operations
