The Senior Consumer eCommerce Specialist – Paid Marketing will be pivotal in strategy support and execution of the ecommerce SEM programs. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of in-house paid marketing campaigns, will assist in the management of and collaborate with the external agency as needed, and will share test/learn/action efforts across the Consumer eCommerce team. They will take ownership of SEM competitor marketing collection, data/reporting accuracy, and will partner with internal teams to assist with ratings & reviews, promotion support, and new product initiatives across our house of brands.

How You'll Create Possibilities

Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Activate and maintain in-house paid media activities while working with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure holistic strategy and clear messaging across SEM House of Brands.

  • Work alongside Consumer eCommerce Senior Manager - Paid Marketing to execute strategy, develop roadmaps, verify and report on campaign performance, and drive continued optimization.

  • Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to create a best-in-class user experience, leverage ratings & reviews, and ensure consistency across all consumer touch points.

  • Engage cross-functional team in continuous feedback cycle, streamlining and prioritizing ongoing requests to support key brand initiatives.

  • Compile, track, and report on the SEM’s test/learn/action efforts across brands in partnership with Consumer eCommerce team and stakeholders with the intent to leverage actions for continuous improvement as well as case studies.

  • Track, measure, optimize, and report on core KPIs for paid media using platform and internal reporting sources formatting for shared reporting or presentation.

  • Serve as Consumer eCommerce team’s point person for evaluating consumer research, market conditions, and competitor data to provide weekly updates and recommend future actions.

  • Assist in additional commerce projects as need arises.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; marketing or business administration preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of prior digital marketing experience, including platform management and hands-on management of paid search and shopping ads.

  • Experience working with multiple brands or agency experience.

  • Experience in ecommerce merchandising, promotion support, and UX.

  • Demonstrated ability to establish and interpret relevant KPIs/performance and optimize paid marketing to drive sales.

  • Knowledge of Excel with basic formula and pivot experience.

  • Prior experience working with GA4, digital tools/technology, and multiple vendor/agency partners.

  • Strong collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to form strong partnerships within the team, cross-functionally, and with external partners.

  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communications skills.

Desired Characteristics/Preferred Qualifications

  • Current Google Certifications in Search, GA4, Shopping.

  • Display, programmatic, and paid social experience preferred.

  • Experience in Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, & SEMRush.

  • Master’s Degree in Marketing or Business.

  • Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to work in a very fast-paced, matrixed organization serving as a catalyst for change and managing multiple work streams simultaneously.
