We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant.Job Responsibilities:• Use effective organizing systems to provide administrative support to a variety of stakeholders and projects.• Develop systems to effectively organize information and provides it to others as needed.• Effectively prioritize projects delegated by a variety of staff to accomplish tasks in the time frame specified and at a high level of quality.• Accurately communicate information in minutes, e-mail, memos and other written and verbal correspondence.Job Requirements:• HS Diploma or Equivalent Required - Associates degree in business or related field preferred.• Prior experience with office/general administration.• Advanced computer literacy in email, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet navigation.• Database experienceAdditional Requirements:• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation with state-mandated minimum insurance coverage(s) on your vehicle preferred.• Pass physical examination, background check, and fingerprinting screen• Computer literacy in email, word processing and internet navigation
