Lockheed Martin Financial Analyst / OCONUS Production / GWEO / Orlando, FL in Orlando, Florida

Description: OCONUS Production / GWEO Finance Team is looking for a financial analyst that is a self-motivated person with a strong education in business, finance or accounting, who is interested in learning and applying all aspects of contract budgeting, earned value measurement, forecasting, analysis, and reporting skills in a fast-paced environment.

Will include some or all of the responsibilities as defined.

Performs financial analysis, establishes performance management budgeting, estimate at complete, contract status reviews (CSRs) and forecasting activities to include variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk and opportunities assessment and development of mitigation plans. Integrates information from multiple financial systems, processes and functions in order to consolidate data into actionable business solution recommendations. Timely and accurately consolidates financial results (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash) and monthly, quarterly and year end reporting to internal and external customers to include contractual cost and schedule earned value management reporting. Develops and utilizes forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making. Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions. Maintains applicable internal and external (FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP) policy, procedure, and controls for compliance to support internal process and external regulatory requirements. Provides support to proposal development, basis of estimate and negotiations, as required.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting or related field

MS Office experience (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
