Coach healthcare staff in effective communication with the patients and their families to improve relationships with them. Establish and maintain cooperative relationships withrepresentatives of community. , consumer, employee, and public interest groups. Respond to request for information from other agencies and patient families regarding the facility. Plan and direct development and communications ofinformational programs to maintain favorable public and patient's perceptions of the facility's accomplishments and agenda. Prepare and edit organizational publications for internal and extensa audiences includingnewsletters for the facility.
