FORESTRY SEASONAL GROUNDSKEEPERS Parks, Recreation & Facilities Department

May through November, full-time schedule (40 hours/week) - Possibly open to Part-time schedule depending on the candidate.

Responsibilities include assisting Forestry crews with tree and landscape maintenance. Duties include tree planting, watering, pruning, mulching and landscape maintenance. Prior tree or landscape experience and/or education desired. Responsibility, maturity, dedication and the ability to work in varied weather conditions are a must. A valid Maine Class C drivers license is, and a Department of Motor Vehicle check will be conducted on those who have one. Offers of employment are contingent upon completion of a satisfactory criminal background check.

Forestry maintenance positions start at \$18.00/hour.
