Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Facilitate the completion of internal stakeholder sales and AUM reporting.

  • Perform end to end preparation of internal stakeholder sales, regulatory, and marketing reports.

  • Preparation and review of custom reports requested by internal and external providers/clients.

  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and liaise with data vendors to effectively manage and deliver reports to both internal and external clients

  • Take the lead role in resolving data discrepancies in the reporting, while looking for better ways to distribute reporting as a whole.

  • Contribute to various transformation and process improvement projects

Minimum Skills Requirement to Hire:

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • A graduate of any Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business-related course (Accounting, Business Management, Finance, etc)

  • A minimum of 5 years progressive experience in Investment Management or Financial Services

  • In-depth understanding of strategic business objectives combined with broad industry knowledge of investment products, market practices, and investment operations.

  • Knowledge in third party data platforms eg.. Reuters, Factset, Bloomberg an advantage

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Candidate must demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Client-focused with the ability to prioritize responsibilities.

  • Candidate must demonstrate extraordinary attention to detail, an exceptional work ethic, and positive attitude.

  • Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills with knowledge and understanding of process design, as well as productivity improvement methodologies.

  • Demonstrated understanding of issues relevant to broad organization and business strategic goals.

  • Ability to work in ambiguous environment and adapt to change while managing time and workload with aggressive timelines

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across cultures.

  • Must be willing to work on mid-shift that may be adjusted during exceptional business need.

Technical Skills:

I.T. Literacy

  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills

  • Intermediate to advanced MS Outlook, Word, Power point, Power BI and Adobe Acrobat (PDF)
