Princess Cruises – We are currently searching for a highly motivated Channel Marketing Manager who is responsible for strategizing, managing and analyzing integrated marketing programs to drive conversion, including public and past guest offers and the on-time delivery of direct mail, email and digital advertising communications. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing Communications.

Develops customer journey strategy (prospecting, in market, pre-cruise, post-cruise & re-engagement), plan and timeline for direct mail, email & digital advertising touch points to support key revenue objectives while communicating key product messaging and brand awareness/preference of Princess Cruises in collaboration with Product Teams and Integrated Marketing teams
Creates broad range of channel content (email, direct mail, advertising, etc.) to fulfill approved multi-platform plans/campaigns, including versions for greater personalization
Ensures that accurate records and reporting are maintained on every job; helps evaluate and plan large annual budgets and maintains monthly forecasts
Analyzes results from integrated marketing plans, shares reports and makes recommendations for improvement
Mentors team and develops processes for creative briefs, routing, approvals and overall efficiency
Recommends optimizations and tests direct mail performance, works with production on formats and list team on targeting and segmenting as well as staying on top of trends for better conversion and/or cost efficiencies
Partners with creative and email deployment team to ensure emails are relevant, mobile friendly and reach goal open, click to open and conversion rate
Researches cruise/travel/hospitality competitive promotional offers and shares or recommend tests quarterly
Bachelor of the Arts or Bachelor of Science in a related field
8+ years’ experience in retail/promotional marketing, either as a corporate client or in a marketing agency; travel or hospitality preferred
Experience with online advertising, direct mail and email marketing is required
Ability to understand data-driven results (Direct Response marketing – mail, email & digital advertising)
Strong interpersonal skills required for collaboration and communication with multiple departments, agencies, designers and colleagues
Organizational skills and ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines and goals
Manage direct mail budget
Knowledge of Siebel, Workfront and/or Polar a plus
Strong knowledge of Excel and project management required
