Holland America Group is currently searching for a highly motivated Fleet Security Administrator who will provide high-level administrative support to the Fleet Security and Environmental Operations Department in line with the company core values.

Assists VP Security in planning and making arrangements for visits to ships, ports and other business travels.
Assists in arranging Security Officer office visits and Fleet Security Training Officer ship/office visits (i.e. Cabins, flights, hotels and transfers).
Answers phones, checks e-mails and voicemail, and relays messages accurately and promptly.
Assists department management as directed in preparing and editing reports, meeting minutes, memos, letters, and other correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
Assists security management in administering Secure Visitor Access Module (SVAM) system. Inputs, secures and notifies corporate staff/vendors of boarding approvals.
Enter SSG/SVAM data as required for authorized ships visitors. Assists in issuing corporate APASS credentials to employees.
Ensures compliance with all legal and legislative regulations that pertain to the job, including Company and department-specific policies.
Completion of some college or Associate degree work OR any combination of experience, training, or education.
At least 3 years’ experience in general administration
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong organizational and analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines are important.
