The Holland America Group is currently searching for a highly motivated Sr. Pricing Analyst, Shore Excursions who will manage shore excursion revenue maximization through revenue analysis and yield management system development, while providing excellent customer service to our internal customers.

Analyze and update shore excursion pricing for HAGroup.
Review port product performance across brands and years to make decisions and recommendations for port framework and pricing.
Estimate impact of price changes for coming seasons.
Increases price on excursions exhibiting high demand in order to maximize revenue.
Perform analysis by tour and port, to highlight opportunities to increase contribution.
Prepare PCL yield price updates daily.
Analyze prebooked shore excursion revenue weekly for HAGroup and prepare monthly report for business review with variance explanations.
Analyzes average ticket price, booking trends and pace by reviewing year over year data to assist pricing decisions and forecast updates.
Ad Hoc reporting and analysis as requested from director.
Supports Core Values.
Follows S.O.X. Compliance.
Miscellaneous duties as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related field.
Minimum 3-5 years related experience.
Proficiency in MS office systems, must have Intermediate MS Excel knowledge.
A self-starter who is proactive versus reactive; action oriented with a strong desire to complete tasks at or above expectation
Solid reasoning and analytic skills.
Ability to quickly identify what needs to be accomplished, find a solution and drive to results.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient on BusinessObjects, Tableau and/or SQL.
Knowledge of Polar
This position is in a department that has adopted a 9/80 alternative workweek schedule.
