Some of your responsibilities will include: * Proactively recommend ideas and solutions to effectively address the needs of the organization. * Effectively teach, coach, and influence others to motivate and gain appropriate buy-in to drive results. * Educate leaders to ensure consistent application of policies, union contract language, while promoting positive employee relations. * Conduct investigations and make corrective action recommendations, with appropriate level of management intervention. * Interpret complex and ambiguous situations while consistently applying company policy, union contract language and great employee relations to understand challenges and mitigate risk. * Partner with EHS and plant leadership as needed to ensure consistent application of leave of absence policies, procedures, and requirements (ADA, FMLA, Workers\' Compensation and Disability) * Work with the HR Leader to ensure compliance, and claim response in coordination with Legal for EEOC, FMLA, Code of Conduct, Discrimination, Harassment, and other legal/policy issues. Hours: This is a three-shift manufacturing plant; the incumbent will need to be flexible to work off-shifts from time to time or switch shifts as needed for communication purposes.
