Purpose of the position
The main objective of this person will be to collaborate in the different projects of the area so that all customers have the best after-sales service and the product repair services are reinforced.
Duties and responsibilities
Telephone attention and resolution of incidents
Responsible for the acceptance and processing of warranties received from the technical service
Responsible for the investigation and implementation of countermeasures in the factory to solve market incidents
Conduct technical training to our distributor network personnel
Technical audits to distributors in order to verify that they have all the tools/resources for vehicle repairs
Provide technical support to dealers in the process of repairing a vehicle
“Flying doctor” to local dealers if needed
Knowledge and skills
Good knowledge of electromechanics and/or electronics
Responsible, methodical, organized person, with capacity for analysis and decision making
Excellent German and good English skills
Good Microsoft Office skills
