工作职责描述 Responsibilities and Job Description

1. Month / Year end closing including deviation analysis and Fire reporting.

   月/年度结账并作分析差异，完成Fire报告。

2. Monitoring of accounting quality, and supporting accounting team when necessary.

   监控会计工作的质量， 并在需要时提供支持。

3. Standard cost calculation.

   标准成本核算。

4. Monitoring and evaluation of product group profitability and analyzing financial impact of all production related topics, supporting cost improvement programs.

5. Actual, Forecast, Budget reporting and other internal regular or Ad Hoc reporting required by BU or superior.

   实际，预测，预算报告和其他BU或上级要求的内部定期或临时性报告。

6. Implement controlling process together with manager and Business unit.

   同经理以及业务单元一起实施成本控制流程。

7. Set up working process between operating departments and finance department.

   设立BU运营部门同财务部门之间的工作流程。

8. Investment controlling, including the responsibilities of CAPEX-related topics (projects) like the preparation of capital requests , spending planning and control.

   投资控制，包括负责资本投资相关的例如制作大项目的投资申请，以及投资花费的预算和控制。

9. Support effective management of working capital.

   支持有效的运营资金管理。

10. Communication and explanation of financial figure to BU, and set or join regular meeting with BU for specific Controlling (related) topics like cost center review, KPI review, management meeting etc.

    向BU沟通和解释财务数据，定期邀请或参加BU成本控制（相关）话题的会议，例如成本中心费用的审查，KPI指标的评审，管理会理等。

11. Other tasks assigned by superior.

任职要求 Qualification Requirement

1. University degree or above with accounting background.

   拥有大学或以上文凭，会计相关专业。

2. More than 3 years working experience in Accounting or Controlling area in an international manufacturing company.

   3年以上在国际制造企业会计或成本控制领域的工作经验。

3. Number sensitive, analytical thinking and hands-on working style.

   对数据敏感，拥有分析思维能力和务实的工作作风。

4. Good IT skill for using SAP and Office software.

   良好的SAP和Office软件使用IT技能，。

5. Good team spirit but also willing to work independently and good communication skills.

6. Good English in oral, reading and writing.
