Supply Chain Manager - HYBRID opportunity

Robert Half proudly presents an engaging and rewarding opportunity to join our clients Supply Chain Department, a leading manufacturing organization renowned for its cutting-edge products and commitment to innovation. Our client is committed to enhancing their performances and aligning their growth in the industry by strengthening their supply chain management. This position will have four direct reports within the supply chain department and will be reporting to the Director of the group and also working closely with the GM of the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategic sourcing and vendor/supplier management strategies.

• Collaborate with other departments to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps.

• Monitor and predict demand and manage production planning to meet the changing levels of product demand.

• Oversee and manage procurement, storeroom inventory levels, material handling, and shipping.

• Identify process bottlenecks and develop solutions in a timely manner.

• Formulate performance metrics for the purpose of assessing productivity, and implement strategic plans for improvement.

• Ensure supply chain management processes meet legal requirements and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience working as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role within manufacturing.

• Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management systems.

• Solid knowledge of supply chain processes and related legal regulations.

• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent team builder with proven leadership skills.
