Description:

• Perform QC testing on the production floor including metal detection checks, leak tests, percentage tests, etc.

• Perform line audits once every hour on each production line including 1st piece, in process, and final inspections/QC tests

• Perform calculations to determine percentages of materials and total ounces

• Perform basic testing including moisture, salt, and fat (automated testing)

• Document in paper and computer form daily numbers, testing performed, etc.

• Work with production personnel on a daily basis to perform QC checks and help correct errors that may occur

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma, HSED, or GED

• 1+ Years of Food Quality Control experience including HACCP

• Degree in the sciences OR experience in quality
